Vidyaniketan School’s basketball teams excelled at the CISCE Basketball State Level meet, held from June 24 to June 30, 2024, at Christ Academy and SFS School, with participation from 280 school teams across Karnataka.

VNS competed in all categories:
– *Under 14:* Boys (1st), Girls (2nd)
– *Under 17:* Boys (1st), Girls (1st)
– *Under 19:* Boys (3rd), Girls (4th)

Special individual awards:
– *Nikita Kini (U13 Girls):* Most Promising Player
– *Vyom Naidu (U13 Boys):* Best Player
– *Aarav Ahuja (U16 Boys):* Best Player
– *Nilaaya Reddy (U16 Girls):* Best Player
– *Varun Dass (U19 Boys):* Most Promising Player

Twenty-two players were selected for the Karnataka state team for the national championship in Bhopal and Noida in August and September.
