BMUN In-House-Model United Nations-2022

On 2nd and 3rd December, VNS hosted the very first inter-house BMUN conference: BMUN In-House Model United Nations.

The conference was conducted with precision and the execution was smooth. There were four committees – The Disarmament and Security Council (DISEC), The Lok Sabha, The Historic Crisis Committee (HCC) and the Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM).

The DISEC, Lok Sabha and HCC comprised delegates from grades 9 to 12, and the SOCHUM was exclusive to grade 8.

The delegates were well-prepared and had come ready with their research. They participated enthusiastically in the conference. The crisis in the various committees were well drafted. The delegates put forth their resolutions and made allies keeping their foreign policies and national interest in mind. Overall, this event proved to be a great learning experience for all the students who were involved in it either as executive board members, delegates, logistics, press or print and media.
