1. Saanvi Angadi, who is 5-years-old and studies in Mont 3 (Nightingale) has won the title of the
   Youngest Chess Player in Karnataka State Fide Rated Open Chess Championship. She competed with
   various participants belonging to different age groups. There were a total of 600 participants.
2. She has also won the Best Youngest Chess Player in Karnataka State Amateur Chess Championship
   which was held in Udupi.
3. Recently, she attended Karnataka State Under – 11 Championship and ranked 5 th in the Under – 7
   category. Knowing that she was the youngest player in the tournament, it is only right to applaud her
   commendable performance! Congratulations!
