Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted by Vidyaniketan Hebbal (“School,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following policy.

Registration & Admission Fees

  • Registration and admission fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • These fees secure the student’s seat and cover administrative costs.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

  • Before Classes Begin: Up to 100% of tuition fees may be refunded (excluding registration fees,application fees).
  • Mid Year: Fee may be refunded only at the beginning of succeeding term.

Withdrawal Process

  • A written withdrawal request must be submitted by the parent/guardian.
  • The official withdrawal form must be completed.
  • All outstanding dues must be cleared before refund processing.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or relocation, partial refunds may be considered upon submission of valid supporting documents. The school management reserves the right to review such cases individually.

School-Initiated Cancellation

If the school cancels a program or class, a full refund of the applicable tuition fees will be issued.

Policy Amendments

Vidyaniketan Hebbal reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
