India’s oldest and second largest vineyard, The Grovers Zampa, boasts the most impressive pedigree in the Indian Wine Industry and owns brands that are widely recognized in the Indian wine market.The students of ISC visited this vineyard on the 7th July, 2023, taking a guided tour around the place and learning about the process of winemaking. They embarked on a captivating wine production journey, from grape harvesting to crushing, witnessing the transformation inside the machinery. Surrounded by scenic beauty, they indulged in flavorsome food, gaining a deeper understanding and leaving with lasting memories, admiring the artistry and dedication in crafting fine wines.
