At the 2023 9th Independence Day Karate National Championship held at Waido Shotokan International Federation kadugondanahalli, Bangaluru between 4th August 2023 and 6th August 2023, Shriya Reddy from grade 12 secured the top position in the Weaponry category, achieving 1st place in both Fighting and Movement disciplines.
